Barack the Terrible's Non-Apology Apology

There's nothing worse than an arrogant, self-absorbed jackass. When that arrogant self-absorbed jackass is also disingenuous, bald-faced lying bastard who knows nothing, is wrong about everything, and refuses to admit it, it's arrogant self-absorbed jackass times ten. It should be clear to even the blissfully ignorant that this is what we have in the liberal's president Barack the Terrible. Given this, it stands to reason then that an "apology" from an ignorant, arrogant, disingenuous, self-absorbed, lying bastard is going to be a non-apology apology. And this is exactly what we got from Barack the Terrible. So let's parse this piss-poor excuse for an apology and see if you agree. First the "apology":

Bowing to intense criticism, President Barack Obama apologized to Americans who are losing health insurance plans he had repeatedly said they could keep and pledged to find fixes that might allow people to keep their coverage.
"I am sorry that they are finding themselves in this situation based on assurances they got from me," he said in an interview Thursday with NBC News.
He added: "We've got to work hard to make sure that they know we hear them, and we are going to do everything we can to deal with folks who find themselves in a tough position as a consequence of this."
Occasionally, leftist media outlets like the Associated Press swerve into the truth and that's what they did in this case: "Bowing to intense criticism". This whole socialist medicine plan has been ill-conceived from the very beginning and there are those of us who knew this was going to be a disaster from the moment it crossed his lips back in 2008. What makes this worse than when Hillary spearheaded her attempt to socialize medicine 20 years ago is that Barack the Terrible is at least 100 times as arrogant as Hillary and Bill ever were. Yes, there is an inherent arrogance and hubris in the "we know what's best for you" mentality of statists like Barry and the Clintons but in Barry's case, he's been raised by Marxist, socialist and communists: It's been in his DNA since he was knee high to  grasshopper, which make his inherent leftist arrogance 100 times worse -- and he's in charge. But let's get to the "apology":
"I am sorry that they are finding themselves in this situation based on assurances they got from me," he said in an interview Thursday with NBC News.
Here's what an actual apology would be:  "I'm sorry that millions of American's are losing their health insurance because I misled them." I'll even give him "misled" instead of outright "lied" which is what he did. What Barry said is the equivalent of "too bad for your luck". Barry put a "period" on his lie -- that means end of story, un equivocal -- you can keep your health insurance, period. The "apology" above doesn't meet the standard. Next part:

"We've got to work hard to make sure that they know we hear them, and we are going to do everything we can to deal with folks who find themselves in a tough position as a consequence of this."
"We've." From a guy who's all about me, we've represents a big change from Barry's constant I,I,I. This means "I'm not taking responsibility for this, blame the folks who "misled" me about my web site. Yes this is a quote that has been strangely sanitized from the leftist media coverage of Barck the Terrible's non-apology apology, but Barry did say he was "misled" by his own web site (read it's not my fault so no apology necessary).

I hate to say we told you so, but we told you so.

Those of us who are paying attention have told those of you that aren't paying attention for literally decades that top-down authoritarian health care is a bad thing. All you have to do is look at single-payer systems in developed countries like Canada and Great Britain to know that government-run and controlled health care is crappy health care and with the collapse of Obamacare, single payer is where we are headed. How do those of us who are paying attention know this is where we're headed? Because this is where we have been headed all along. Barack the Terrible and his health care minions are on record as saying that single-payer is their goal and Barry's non-apology apology seals the deal: "Sorry government-controlled health care didn't work for you folks. The new answer is this: Welcome to the Brave New World of single payer.
