How's that Reset of U.S./Russian Relations going Barry?

Remember way back before Barry assumed the presidency and George Bush was responsible for everything bad including the bad milk in your refrigerator? Yes, nearly five years later, GW Bush is still  responsible for everything that Barry has screwed up in the last five years.

One of the problems Barry and Mrs. Bill Clinton were going to take care of right away was the horrible relationship with our "friends" the Russians. Apparently GW Bush didn't genuflect to them as much as his predecessor Mr. Bill Clinton did and that was the problem. So Mrs. Bill Clinton marched over to Russia with a red button, all ready to massively genuflect and press the "reset" button. How's that working out, Barry? Not too well apparently:

Relations between Washington and the Kremlin have turned toxic on the eve of President Obama's visit to the Group of 20 summit in St Petersburg.
Russian President Vladimir Putin called Secretary of State John Kerry a liar — and Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel charged that Russia had supplied Syrian strongman Bashar Assad with the chemical weapons that were used to kill more than 1,000 people last month.

Meanwhile, Putin has denounced a potential U.S. attack on Syria as a violation of international law, and House Speaker John Boehner declined on Wednesday to meet with Russian diplomats who had hoped to directly lobby Congress to undercut President Barack Obama's resolution on limited military strikes on Syria.

And, for his part, President Obama told reporters in Stockholm that the two countries’ relations have “hit a wall.” He is due in St. Petersburg, Putin's hometown, on Thursday.

The two heads of state have spent recent months sniping at each other, with the U.S. president comparing Putin to a bored schoolboy and the Russian leader forcing an irritated Obama to wait a half-hour for a meeting on the sidelines at last year's G-20 summit meeting in Mexico.
Nice job, Barry! Not that we should worry about pissing off Putin but let's at least do it for a good reason. Reagan pissed off the Soviets by championing the cause of freedom and democracy around the world. Remember the phrase "Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall". Barack the Terrible is pissing them off due to his own weakness and incompetence and the fact that this is the wrong approach is the diplomatic understatement of the year.

All our enemies, Soviet leaders included, didn't like Ronald Reagan's foreign and military policy at all. But they respected and feared Reagan. Today, our enemies -- and make no mistake Russia is an enemy -- not only despise Barry the Terrible -- they dislike him personally, disrespect him and know he's the weakest U.S. leader since the Cold War began. Barry the Terrible's miserable foreign policy failures prove that genuflecting to your enemies, confusion in your military objectives and dithering and the inability to make the tough decisions required of the leader of the free world greatly diminish our country's standing on the world stage. It's a shameful legacy that could well last for decades after the liberal's lefty buffoon leaves office.
